Atlas Film & TV Produktion GmbH does not accept, consider, review or respond to unsolicited material.

Should you submit material to Atlas Film & TV Produktion GmbH, you acknowledge and understand that many of the submissions we receive or are developing internally are or may be similar to or identical to those developed by you or your employees or personnel. You understand and agree that our use of material containing ideas, features or elements similar to or identical to those contained in your material will not obligate Atlas Film & TV Produktion GmbH to negotiate with you or entitle you to any compensation.

You represent that you have retained at least one copy of the material you submitted, and you hereby release Atlas Film & TV Produktion GmbH of and from any and all liability for loss or damage to any material submitted to us. You acknowledge that you are submitting the material voluntarily, on an unsolicited basis, and that no fiduciary or confidential relationship now exists between you and Atlas Film & TV Produktion GmbH and that no such relationship is established between you and Atlas Film & TV Produktion GmbH by reason of your submission to us of said material.

You agree that no obligation of any kind is assumed or may be implied against Atlas Film & TV Produktion GmbH by reason of our receipt or our review of your material or any discussions or negotiations we may have with you, except pursuant to an express written agreement hereafter executed by you and Atlas Film & TV Produktion GmbH which, by its terms, will be the only contract between you and us.
